Also, the skill set of effectively managing a restaurant does not necessarily need to emphasize bookkeeping and back office functions with quality service and product being the primary objective.
The founders spent their careers setting up effective back office systems while opening and managing restaurants, retail and manufacturing businesses. Positions held include General Manager, Executive Chef, Vice President of Operations, and Chief Operations officer.
